Sorry for the long hiatus. Mike and I have been going through some life difficulties lately, and the blog just didn’t make it into the to-do list for a while. Things are hopefully on the upswing though. 

I actually saw this gadget last week on Gizmodo, but I didn’t have a chance to post it. It’s the Bandai Goyza Maker. Appropriately enough, we made dumplings yesterday. Of course, we are super hardcore and not only do we not have a fancy machine to fold them for us, we also make our own wrappers. Also, we  make jiao zi, not gyoza (I don’t think there’s really much of a difference, except that “jiao zi” is the Chinese word and “goyza” is the Japanese word)
