It’s Mike’s birthday tomorrow and though the mood will be slightly dampened because we are sending our new kitty Kazue back to her breeder (because she’s sick and we’re not at a point where we can take care of a kitty that came to us sick), I’m looking forward to making the birthday as totally awesome as possible. 

I have a lot to live up to because last year Mike through a surprise party for me, and did a darn good job too! I had no idea. Though that might be more a testament to my Facebook cluelessness. So this year I’m planning something big.

It involves lots of searching on Epicurious. I’ll make sure to post lots of photos tomorrow of the cooking process and the final results!
